1. MIX – Empty Puff-Puff mix into a bowl. Add one egg, add three cups of cold milk gradually. Mix well till smooth.
2. DEEP FRY – Use in vegetable oil over medium heat and adjust as needed. Test oil by dropping one scoop to oil and see if it is fully cooked. Then, scoop and squeeze into hot oil (use a hand scoop or an ice cream scoop). Fry and rotate on all sides until golden brown in color (approximately 5 minutes). Remove from oil unto a plate with paper towels to blot off excess oil and enjoy.
